Site Analysis

The project site is between SW IDA ST and SW HOLDEN ST. The lot is approximately 23,918 square feet.

Neighborhood Architectural Character

The project site is located in the West Seattle neighborhood, fronting 35th Ave SW – served by route 21. The project site is directly bordered by a commercial and multifamily building, with a mix of multifamily and single-family residential properties in the surrounding neighborhood.
